Onboarding

Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure smooth employee experience.

Conduct New Hire Orientation:

Administer HR documentation such as employment contracts, personnel files, and HR records.

Benefits Administration

Manage employee enrollment, changes, and termination of benefits across all programs (HMO/health insurance, life insurance, government benefits)

Ensure accurate and timely updating of benefits data in HRIS and provider systems.

Conduct regular audits of benefit enrollments to ensure alignment between internal records and vendor reports.

Serve as the primary point of contact for benefits providers to address inquiries, escalate issues, and ensure timely resolution.

Provide frontline support to employees on benefits-related inquiries, coverage questions, claims concerns, and eligibility requirements.

Assist employees in lodging medical, insurance, and government-mandated claims (e.g., SSS, Phil Health, ECC where applicable).

Database Management

Maintain accurate employee master data (new hires, transfers, promotions, terminations) in the HRIS and related systems.

Manage document records (contracts, personal records, certifications) with proper naming conventions and retention schedules.

Ensure employee data practices comply with applicable data privacy laws and company policies.

Build and maintain standard HR reports/dashboards (headcount, attrition, demographics, leave balances).

Employee Relations

Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns, workplace issues, and conflict situations.

Conduct initial fact-finding, gather statements, and support formal investigations following due process.

Monitor case progress and ensure timely closure while maintaining complete and accurate documentation.

Provide guidance to employees and stakeholders on HR policies, code of conduct, attendance rules, and disciplinary procedures.

Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws, disciplinary procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Track trends in employee feedback, turnover, absenteeism, and case types to identify risk areas.

Respond to inquiries regarding policies, workplace behavior, grievance procedures, and conflict resolution steps.

Provide employees with information on support mechanisms such as EAP, wellness programs, or mediation options.

Maintain an updated ER case log, including issue type, status, and actions taken.

Employee Engagement

Provide assistance in planning, organizing, and executing engagement programs such as team-building activities, celebrations, recognition events, wellness initiatives, and culture-building programs.

Evaluate program effectiveness through feedback, participation rates, and engagement metrics.
