About the Role【職務概要】

Workdayのプリンシパル・ソリューション・コンサルタントとして、最も複雑で重要な営業サイクルにおいて、主要なアドバイザーおよび戦略的パートナーとしての役割を果たします。HCMおよびエンタープライズソフトウェア分野で認められたエキスパートであり、Cレベルのエグゼクティブに影響を与え、大規模な取引を成功裏にクローズに導いた実績が必要になります。この役割には、卓越した製品知識だけでなく、市場トレンド、ビジネス変革、戦略的なアカウントプランニングに対する深い理解が求められます。他のソリューションコンサルタントを指導し、地域全体のプリセールス戦略の形成を支援します。

【職務詳細】

＜戦略的なエンゲージメントを主導する＞
当社の最も大規模で戦略的なアカウントにおけるソリューション戦略を担い、技術的および機能的な事項に関する主要な窓口として行動します。

＜ソリューションの設計＞
営業チームおよびプロフェッショナルサービスチームと連携し、多くの場合当社の複数製品が関わる、最も複雑なビジネス課題に対応する多面的なソリューションを設計し提示します。

＜市場への影響力を行使する＞
日本市場におけるソートリーダーとして活動し、業界イベント、ウェビナー、エグゼクティブブリーフィングに参加して、当社のイノベーションとビジョンを紹介します。

＜指導と能力開発＞
幅広いソリューションコンサルティングチームに対し、コーチング、指導、能力開発を提供し、ベストプラクティスを共有してチーム全体のパフォーマンスの向上に寄与します。

＜ビジネス変革を推進する＞
顧客と直接連携し、そのビジネス変革の道のりをマッピングし、当社のプラットフォームがいかに顧客の長期戦略の基盤となり得るかを実証します。

労働条件

• About You【必須（MUST）】

• エンタープライズレベルのHCMソフトウェアに特化した、プリセールス、ソリューションコンサルティング、または類似の役割で8年以上の経験があること。

• 複雑で高価値なエンタープライズセールス取引を主導し、成約に導いた実績があること。

• HCMビジネスプロセスおよび競合環境に関するエキスパートレベルの機能知識を有していること。

• ビジネスレベルの日本語と英語を用いて、顧客および社内チームと効果的にコミュニケーションを取られたご経験があること。

• 組織変更管理（Organizational Change Management）とビジネス変革に対する深い理解。

• 卓越したエグゼクティブレベルのプレゼンテーションおよび交渉スキル。
