About the Team
As an Enterprise Architect (EA) within our Solution Consulting team, you are the architectural backbone of the client evaluation process and sales cycles. You don't just explain software; you design the future state for global enterprises. You will bridge the gap between complex technical requirements and transformative business outcomes, challenging the industry status quo at every turn.
About the Role
While a broad technical foundation is required, we believe the best Architects are those who pursue their passions. We provide the autonomy for you to lean into your strengths and evolve your role. Our EAs often choose to specialize in areas such as:
- Architectural Storytelling: Demonstrate our industry-leading delivery model and highlight the clear advantages of SaaS over legacy HCM/Financial systems.
- Technical Diplomacy: Address complex technical and compliance requirements throughout the sales cycle, building trust with both CTOs and end-users.
- Future-Proofing: Actively contribute to discussions on the "next wave" of innovation, including AI/ML, enterprise integration strategies, and evolving global security standards.
- Cross-Industry Influence: Support a multifaceted range of industry verticals, communicating the value of our SaaS offering to both highly technical and non-technical audiences.
- Deep-Tech Specialization: Becoming a subject matter expert in global security or advanced application development (Workday Extend).
- Strategic Consulting: Moving beyond the "how" to the "why," partnering with C-suite executives to define long-term digital transformation roadmaps.
- Thought Leadership: Representing the company on the global stage through public speaking, industry conferences, and white papers.
About You
To be successful in this role, you must possess a deep-rooted mastery of the Workday Platform Technology. We expect our EAs to be the "source of truth" regarding:
- Integrations: Designing seamless ecosystems within complex IT landscapes.
- Security: Navigating the intricacies of global compliance and data protection.
- Data and AI Architecture: Ensuring data integrity and scalability across the enterprise.
Choose Your Path: The Freedom to Specialize
