About the Team

Pipedream is a platform for connecting apps and APIs with automated workflows that process custom events and data. Imagine having the ability to tailor existing off-the-shelf no-code integrations to your specific needs without dealing with the boilerplate code and infrastructure necessary to build and maintain your own solution. With our product that dream is becoming a reality, but we still have our work cut out for us. Our goal is to build a platform that 10x's the productivity of product and development teams by eliminating busywork and maximizing efficiency.
Pipedream is built on a diverse set of technologies (Go, Node.js, Rails, Kotlin, SQL, Redis, and Kubernetes to name a few). About the Role:

• Collaborate with Product Managers and QA Engineers on functional design and analysis of requirements for new Pipedream components.

• Build and maintain robust, efficient and maintainable code.

• Troubleshoot customer reported issues.

• Mentor and learn from other team members through pair programming, code reviews, hackathons, etc.

• Build integrations with external APIs (Google, Slack, GitHub, etc.)

• Work on scalable, high-traffic systems.

About You

Basic Qualifications:

• 4+ years of proven ability developing software in Javascript or Typescript and for backend any object oriented programming languages (Preferred : Node.JS; others : Python, Java, Go).

• 3+ years of experience writing code that utilizes 3rd party API’s and libraries.

• Bachelor's degree in a computer related field or equivalent work experience.

Other Qualifications:

• Must be a collaborative teammate with good verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience with JSON, REST, and GraphQL is a plus.

• Experience with Node.js.

• Experience contributing to open source projects.

• Experience in developing applications that prioritize usability and configurability.
