About the Team

If so, then Workday wants to hear from you. We're looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our vibrant team in our Dublin offices. Join us to showcase your strategic prospecting skills, your creativity and your drive in order to help revolutionise how companies lead their global business.
About the Role
You will join our multi-lingual inbound sales development team to play a key part in driving Workday's growth and be the first point of contact for potential customers who are interested in learning more about our innovative solutions. Our team has excellent exposure working with other departments within Workday such as Sales, Marketing, Operations and other departments when required.
What your day to day will look like:

Promote and educate the market on Workday’s technology and applications.

Generate new business opportunities through strategic inbound calling and prospecting into large, enterprise companies.

Establish, build and nurture relationships with senior executives through developing an understanding of their business, the challenges they face, future projects and plans in order to address their needs with Workday.

Achieve monthly and quarterly quota of new business opportunities.
-
Be a trusted member of the regional sales team, collaborate with country managers and work cross-functionally with marketing to define joint strategy for developing the business.
About You
Basic Qualifications
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
-
Fluency in Dutch,French,German,Italian, or Spanish is an asset.
-
1 year of experience in sales or sales development, recruitment, customer service, consulting or internships, preferably in technology industry.

Salesforce knowledge is a plus.

Credibility & value proposition: the ability to articulate the value and potential of technology.

Candid communication & trust building: excellent verbal and written communication skills in French, with the ability to build rapport quickly.

Business acumen: ability to absorb new concepts and showcase a passion for innovation in order to delight and inspire our prospect customers.

Accountability: demonstrate a highly motivated, tenacious, and detail-oriented approach to work.
Intensive Training & Certification: Every team member attends an intensive training academy and will finish a formal certification prior to beginning in the role. Full sales academy certification after the first year.

Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
