• Criação de cartas oferta (offer letters) e documentação de contratação;

• Elaboração e gestão de documentos de admissão e onboarding;

• Condução de sessões de integração (induction/onboarding) para novos colaboradores;

• Disponibilização de manuais, políticas e diretrizes internas;
