Role Purpose:

The purpose of this role is to prepare test cases and perform testing of the product/ platform/ solution to be deployed at a client end and ensure its meet 100% quality assurance parameters.

Functional Lead QE - Retail Banking Net and Mobile Banking
Experience: 8 to 12 years

Mandatory Skills/Competency:

• Hands on Exposure to BFSI/Banking domains across any of the banking products/features like UPI, Cards, Payments, Wallets, Deposits, FC, Onboarding/Registration, Open markets, Loans, Investments etc...
• Should be playing the role of QE Lead or QE Co-ordinator in his/her current role. This role is Individual contributor role and will not have any people reporting or management.
• Proven ability to manage/lead the day to day testing activities and deliverables.
• Expert experience in Net/Web application testing, mobile app testing and API Testing
• Expert in Functional Manual testing
• Excellent knowledge on Automation testing and hands on experience with any industry standard automation tools, framework will be preferred.
• Expert working exposure in an SDET framework and TDD framework.
• Good knowledge on AI Concepts, conversational banking, adoption of AI practises in QE
• Expert knowledge in Test environments, infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines.
• Working experience in SAFE Agile practise and environment.
• Ability to develop test strategy documents, test plans, review test cases, test data, estimations. Should have defined processes wrt.
• Demonstrated experience in driving Quality Initiatives leading to efficiency gains
• Expert experience in creating various actionable metrics, JIRA boards, management reports.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues faced by the QE team and provide resolutions or work with other stakeholders to get it resolved.
• Ability to analyse the GCP Transaction logs, interface logs etc..
• Team player, should be able to mentor junior resources and guide them on day to day activities.
• Work effectively with QE manager, executive management on various aspects related to testing, automation.
• Drive/Lead Defect triage meetings with multiple stake holders.

Tools Exposure Required - working knowledge: Test Automation

• Katalon or Selenium or Egg Plant or any other industry standard automation tools

JIRA, Scrum Boards, Project mgmt. tools, confluence etc..

Test Management tools like Zephyr, Rational Quality Manager etc..

API Testing using post man collections

• GCP logs
• Transaction, Interface

Good knowledge on AI tools like Co-Pilot and others
