• Strong knowledge of Agile-Scrum and SAFe frameworks.
• Experience with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Familiarity with CI/CD and Dev Sec Ops principles.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.

Experience Requirements

• 6 years as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
• Hands-on experience implementing SAFe in large-scale programs.
• Background in healthcare product development is a plus.
