Job Description Key Responsibilities:

• Lead AI Solution Discovery & Ideation: Work side-by-side with our Account team and partner teams to conduct workshops, identify high-impact business problems, and architect AI-powered solutions that align with partner roadmaps and Apple's technology stack.
• Build, Demonstrate, and Persuade: Rapidly design and build hands-on Po Cs and MVPs that tangibly demonstrate the art of the possible-showcasing value in areas like intelligent automation, predictive analytics, on-device intelligence, and generative AI applications.
• Architect for Scale: Translate successful Po Cs into production-ready architectural blueprints, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, maintainable
• Drive Technical Enablement: Act as the primary AI technical liaison for the partner, enabling their teams through code samples, briefings, and best practices to build on the foundation you establish.
• Influence Roadmaps: Provide critical field feedback to Account team on market gaps, and opportunities to bring business .

Minimum Qualifications

• 10 -15 years of experience in software engineering and architecture, with at least 5 years focused on designing and implementing production AI/ML solutions.
• Proven portfolio of built and demonstrated Po Cs/MVPs that have directly influenced business decisions or led to production contracts.
• Exceptional hands-on skills in Python, Swift (desirable), and key ML frameworks (Py Torch, Tensor Flow, and Core ML/Create ML).
• Deep architectural knowledge of deploying ML models at scale-considering MLOps, model optimization, privacy (differential privacy, federated learning), and on-device vs. cloud deployment.
• Outstanding presentation and communication skills; able to explain complex technical concepts to both engineers and executive business leaders.
• Self-starter mentality: You see ambiguity as an opportunity. You can manage multiple parallel streams and drive projects from a whiteboard sketch to a working demo with minimal direct supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience in a customer-facing, pre-sales, or business development engineering role.
• Experience working with or for global system integrators (GSIs), understanding their engagement and delivery models.
• Experience with generative AI models, LLM application architecture (RAG, fine-tuning), and their practical business applications.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $180,000.00 to $270,000.00.

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
