We are seeking a skilled ETL Developer to design, develop, and maintain data integration solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Informatica, Control-M, Oracle, SSIS, and SQL Server, ensuring efficient data workflows and robust ETL processes

Key Responsibilities: ETL Development: Design and implement ETL processes using Informatica and SSIS. Optimize data extraction, transformation, and loading for performance and scalability. Database Management: Develop and maintain complex queries, stored procedures, and scripts in Oracle and SQL Server. Ensure data integrity and consistency across multiple systems. Job Scheduling & Automation: Configure and manage batch jobs using Control-M for automated workflows. Monitor job execution and troubleshoot failures promptly.

Performance Tuning: Optimize ETL jobs and database queries for high performance. Conduct root cause analysis for data-related issues. Collaboration & Documentation: Work closely with business analysts and data architects to understand requirements. Maintain clear documentation for ETL processes and job schedules.

Required Skills: Strong proficiency in Informatica Power Center and SSIS. Hands-on experience with Control-M job scheduling. Advanced SQL skills and experience with Oracle and SQL Server databases. Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and best practices. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve ETL and scheduling issues. Preferred Qualifications Experience in performance tuning for ETL and database queries. Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience: 5-8 Years .

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
