Business Analyst – D365 ERP

Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to serve as a liaison between customer and Wipro delivery teams, comprehending and analyzing customer requirements and articulating them to delivery teams to ensure appropriate solutioning.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Requirements Gathering and Engagement

• Interface with client engagement partners to understand RFP/RFI requirements
• Detail scope documents, functional and non-functional requirements, and features, ensuring all stated and unstated customer needs are captured
• Construct workflow charts and diagrams, analyze system capabilities, and write specifications after thorough research
• Engage with internal teams (project managers, pre-sales, tech leads, architects) to design and formulate accurate, timely responses to RFP/RFIs
• Understand and communicate financial and operational impacts of proposed changes
• Conduct periodic cadences with customers to seek clarifications and feedback on proposed solutions
• Empower customers through demonstrations and presentations of proposed solutions or prototypes
• Maintain customer relationships to optimize business integration and lead generation
• Ensure ongoing customer reviews and feedback to improve and deliver better value

Delivery Team Engagement

• Provide delivery teams with customer feedback and inputs on proposed solutions
• Review test cases to ensure 100% coverage of customer requirements
• Conduct root cause analysis of proposed solutions, demos, and prototypes before customer presentation
• Deploy and facilitate change requests to meet customer needs
• Support QA teams with periodic testing and timely feedback
• Conduct Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing to validate solutions
• Use data modeling practices to analyze findings and design improvements
• Ensure complete solution alignment with RFP/RFI requirements before customer presentation
• Define and plan project milestones, phases, and deliverables with the principal consultant
• Drive delivery team execution and ensure on-time, quality deliverables

Knowledge Management and Domain Expertise

• Share expertise with other Business Analysts to increase domain knowledge
• Write whitepapers, research papers, and points of view for the consulting community
• Identify and create use cases for different projects that can drive business enhancements
• Conduct market research to provide current insights and ensure customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Mandatory Skills: Embedded Copilot for D365 ERP Technical
• Experience: 3-5 years

Performance Metrics

• Customer engagement and delivery management (PCSAT, utilization achievement, leads generated, requirement documentation accuracy, delivery timelines)
• Knowledge management (whitepapers/research papers written, user stories created, proposal documentation completion, reusable components developed)
