Job Description Role Purpose Core Responsibilities:

• Design complex workflows and implement the Camunda BPM platform.
• Write custom connectors and separate core business logic.
• Conduct requirement analysis, workflow design, and process automation.
• Lead project estimation, product demonstrations, and training sessions.

Key Skills

• BPMN, Camunda BPM, DMN, JBoss BRMS.
• Strong experience in business process modeling and decision automation.

Technical Requirements

• 4 years in Camunda BPM, Java (JDK8/17), Spring Boot.
• Experience with authentication, timer/message events, sub-flows, and event-based transactions.
• Familiarity with SOA/Microservice architecture.
• CI/CD tools: Jenkins, TeamCity, GitLab.
• Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP.
• Bonus: Experience in Financial Crime Case Management.
• BPMN, DMN, Camunda Architecture.
• Microservice orchestration.
• Inbound/outbound connectors.

Certification threshold: 70% in a 30-minute MCQ test
