Role Purpose:

Develop VLSI systems by defining functionalities, architecture, layout, and implementation for clients.

Key Responsibilities Module Verification & IP Functionality

• Understand module/IP architecture and create verification environment and development plan using Universal Verification Methodology
• Develop test benches and write test case code for single or multiple modules
• Write and review code as required
• Execute test cases and debug as needed
• Conduct functional coverage analysis and document test cases, failures, and debugging procedures in JIRA or designated platform
• Execute regression testing on entire IP functionality and complete documentation for client publication
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems efficiently with minimal latency
• Write scripts for IP
• Comply with project plans and industry standards

Client Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare weekly and monthly status reports per client requirements
• Maintain document repository of design changes and recommendations
• Track time-sheets for client billing
• Provide written knowledge transfer and project history documentation

Performance Metrics

• Verification timeliness and code quality
• Number of defects and customer responsiveness
• Project documentation completeness
• Self-development through skill assessments

Requirements:

• Experience: 3-5 years
• Mandatory Skills: VLSI Board Design
