• Own Product Strategy and Roadmap for WGS Net Oxygen Loan Origination System/Point of Sale System
• Ability to translate product strategy into a Product Roadmap both from an innovation and compliance perspective
• Incubate innovative ideas and build differentiators
• Represent WGS and a leader of product team
• Network with the Lenders, Analysts, Sales and Implementation teams to keep the roadmap at the cutting edge
• Mentor a team of product managers to detail the roadmap for execution
• Accountable for ROI on the product investments
