**Key Responsibilities -**Lead enterprise-wide strategic roadmap across programs, connecting business strategy with customer success metrics

• Leadership & Strategy

• Lead Team Operations: manage a team of Business Analysts in their day-to-day operations, focused on market-level research and innovation, support administrative tasks and career progression through performance management

• Transformation / Automation evangelist: drive conceptualization to implementation road map of tools and applications using new-age technologies (focusing on AI)

• Project Management: work with cross-functional team(s) for timely execution of pilot projects / audits, maintaining high standards for quality

• Customer Engagement & Innovation: front-end customer visits / reviews, showcasing innovative ideas and solutions that enhance client experience and strengthens partnership

• Strategic Focus on Process & User Experience: through study of market and **new-age technologies **around content review / moderation space

• Lead Business Reviews: Drive periodic business reviews with leadership and stakeholders

• Process Improvement & Innovation

• Incumbent is expected to have a forward-thinking mind-set for process improvement, problem solving capabilities and innovation around Workflow Optimization, Efficiency Initiatives

• Documentation & Policy Analysis

• Business Requirements Documentation (BRD): Assist / Prepare detailed BRDs for AI, automation / transformation projects, ensuring proposed workflows are completely and accurately captured

• Policy Study: Evaluate and assess program policies for their content and interpretation levels

• Communication & Collaboration

• Maintain transparent communication within and across teams

• Maintain cohesive work environment

• Display a collaborative and team-player attitude

Key requirements

• Location: Hyderabad
• Experience: 5-6 years of managerial / supervisory experience with at-least 5 direct reportee(s)
• Skill: Graduate / Post-Graduate (preferably in Systems, AI, Maths), hands-on experience of data analysis, Reports and analytics - knowledge of Power-BI, fluency in verbal & written English

Mandatory Skills: Business Analyst/ Data Analyst(Media) .
