Role Purpose:

Senior Consultants leverage their experience to deliver discrete projects with minimal supervision. They demonstrate clear understanding of clients' business issues, tailor consulting solutions to generate maximum value through idea generation and engagement experience, and achieve high personal billability.

Key Responsibilities Consulting Execution

• Serve as an ambassador for Wipro tenets and values, securing excellent feedback from multiple clients
• Manage consulting projects and coordinate teams of consultants, ensuring quality deliverables
• Demonstrate flexibility in approach and ability to coordinate resources across various expertise areas
• Deliver with focus and a can-do attitude, demonstrating both hard and soft skills
• Coach, mentor, and motivate team and client staff, building trust through quality and delivery focus
• Engage effectively with clients to extract information and develop facilitation and communication skills
• Maintain current project administration including Statements of Work and resource tagging

Business Development

• Achieve high individual utilization in line with established goals
• Consistently secure personal extensions with clients
• Develop networks of client relationships and provide intelligence to solve business problems
• Lead smaller-scale meetings with sales teams and develop proposals to high standards
• Conduct market research in chosen areas of work
• Identify opportunities and raise potential pursuits to practice leadership

Thought Leadership

• Develop insights into industry and technology trends and share across the practice
• Contribute to team thought leadership initiatives
• Document assignment track records and develop case studies as appropriate

Contribution to Practice

• Deliver timely Wipro administration including timesheets, appraisals, and expenses
• Contribute to internal initiatives and suggest improvements through available tools and knowledge management
• Organize and promote reuse of intellectual property and knowledge assets
• Collaborate with other consulting and delivery teams and participate in Wipro Communities activities
• Propose new service offerings and demonstrate value through innovation and expertise
• Provide training, demos, and develop reusable process assets based on project learnings
• Proactively participate in practice development initiatives and share knowledge within the organization

Performance Measures

• Personal utilization achievement against target
• Number of RFI/RFP responses supported
• Number of transformation engagements delivered
• Number of referenceable clients and testimonials
• Average customer and project satisfaction scores
• Number and value of downstream opportunities identified
• Contributions to thought leadership, white papers, and repeatable assets
