AWS Paloalto-L3
JD:

Cloud & Network Architecture/Engineer:

• Design and manage secure VPCs, subnets, route tables, NAT gateways, and transit gateways in AWS

• Architect hybrid cloud connectivity using VPNs, Direct Connect, Express Route, and Cloud Interconnect

• Implement network segmentation, firewall policies, and traffic inspection across cloud platforms

• Support multi-cloud networking in Azure Virtual Networks and GCP VPCs

• Security Engineering

• Integrate and manage third-party network security tools (e.g., Palo Alto, Fortinet, Zscaler etc.)

• Enforce Zero Trust principles and SSL decryption policies

• Implement IDS/IPS, threat prevention, and secure web gateways

• Automation & Monitoring

• Automate network provisioning using Terraform, Ansible, and Python (Jinja2 templates)

• Monitor performance and security using Solar Winds, Cisco Prime, NNMi, and Wireshark

• Maintain infrastructure in version-controlled repositories and enforce policy-as-code

• Work closely with cloud architects, DevOps, and security teams to align network security with enterprise standards

• Respond to network-related incidents and perform root cause analysis

• Develop SOPs, playbooks, and escalation paths for network Security operations
