About the Role:

The Global Compliance PMO is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager who is passionate about innovation, execution excellence, and delivering differentiated user and business outcomes. In this role, you will partner with cross-functional business and technology teams to plan, coordinate, and deliver complex, global software development initiatives that support our compliance objectives.

You will be responsible for driving end-to-end program execution, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, and maintaining a strong focus on quality, risk management, and timely delivery in a fast-paced, global environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the day-to-day management of multiple, large-scale, cross-functional, global software development programs
• Drive program planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery in alignment with Global Compliance PMO standards
• Partner closely with business, engineering, product, compliance, and operations teams to ensure shared objectives and successful outcomes
• Develop and maintain program roadmaps, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation plans
• Track and communicate program status, risks, issues, and dependencies to senior leadership and key stakeholders
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality
• Identify process improvements and drive operational excellence and delivery efficiency
• Support governance, reporting, and compliance requirements across global initiatives
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Program Manager or Senior Project Manager managing complex, global software development initiatives
• Strong experience working across multiple business and technical teams
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycles (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in compliance, risk, payments, financial services, or regulated environments
• PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or Agile certifications
• Experience working in global, matrixed organizations
• Familiarity with PMO governance, metrics, and reporting frameworks
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
