Key Responsibilities:

1. Experience in SAP Time management (Positive) and US Payroll with overall Time & Pay SAP process and solution.

2. In depth knowledge of SAP Time evaluation and the Time & Attendance configurations with the ability to read out the PCR rules and Time Schema.

3. Able to assist the business users with the SAP configurations and labour union rules and validate the time and pay results are as expected.

4. Support business users with day-to-day issues and activities in the project lifecycle.

Mandatory Skills: SAP HCM Time Management .

Experience: 8-10 Years .

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
