• Experience managing Team Leaders/large operations teams
• Strong data analysis and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Ability to drive performance metrics (Accuracy, SLA, AHT, Attrition, Shrinkage)
• Quick learner with strong problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced 24/7 environment
• Knowledge of trending topics, current affairs, social media, political, sports, and sensitive content

Good to Have

• Lean / Six Sigma Certification
• Content Moderation operations experience

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Team Leaders and agents.
• Drive operational excellence and achieve business KPIs.
• Monitor and improve Accuracy, SLA, Productivity, Attrition, and Shrinkage.
• Analyze data, identify gaps, and implement process improvements.
• Develop team capability through coaching, feedback, and performance management.
• Ensure high-quality delivery while managing stakeholder expectations.

Qualification

• Graduate
• CEFR B2 level English communication (Read, Write, Speak)
