Were looking for a CRM Architect to work in London on a fixed term contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong command of MSCRM Functional skills including customization, configuration and integration with other Microsoft products

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015 for data management and customer relationship management.
• Write optimized configurations and customizations to support large-scale CRM implementations and integrations.
• Automate CRM workflows using MS Power Automate, incorporating error handling, logging, and job scheduling.
• Implement best practices for CRM architecture to enhance performance, scalability, and security.
• Conduct performance tuning of CRM solutions to reduce latency and optimize throughput.
• Collaborate with QA and business teams to implement data validation, profiling, and reconciliation mechanisms to ensure data quality.

Qualifications / Experience required:

• Extensive experience in MSCRM Functional with hands-on exposure to solution architecture.

• Demonstrated ability to design and implement complex CRM solutions with a focus on performance, scalability, and security.

• Proven experience in customizing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015 to meet business requirements.

• Previous experience working with Microsoft Power Portal for Dynamics 365, including portal design and integration.

• Exposure to DevOps practices for Dynamics 365, including CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.

• Experience in developing and deploying applications using Microsoft Power Apps for Dynamics 365.

• Familiarity with MS Power Automate for Dynamics 365 for workflow automation and process optimization.

• Basic knowledge of Data Fabric concepts and their application in data management.
