Job Description Job Title: Technical Product Manager Location: Hyd/Chennai/Blore/Greater Noida/Pune Qualifications Required:

• 5-8 years in Product Management (or equivalent), with 3 years delivering pharmacy or healthcare software
• Hands-on experience operating in SAFe (PI Planning, System Demos, Inspect & Adapt; ART collaboration with RTE/SM/System Architect)
• Proven practice authoring user stories/acceptance criteria and managing a backlog with Jira and/or aha!
• Practical experience shipping AI-enabled features and applying Responsible AI principles in production workflows (governance, monitoring, bias mitigation)
• Strong data literacy (metrics, experimentation, hypothesis-driven development) and customer empathy

Preferred:

• SAFe® POPM/PM certification (or equivalent) and experience across multiple ARTs
• Familiarity with clinical standards (e.g., NCPDP, HL7/FHIR), pharmacy operations, payer workflows, and compliance (HIPAA, SOC2)
