As part of this project, your role as Accounts Payable will be to build and co-manage a strong relationship with our client organization and perform based on defined SLA and KPIs.

Job requirements:

-Respond to a variety of vendor inquiries via telephone and email.

-Ensure proper documentation of issues & maintain all the required trackers.

-Ensure timely and accurately the processing of payments to the vendors and employees.

-Ensure compliance with SOD and other compliance requirements.

-Support the team for specific transactions and solve operational escalations/ issues.

Candidate's profile:

• Advanced level of English.

• Advanced level of Spanish.

-Accuracy and attention to detail.

-Can do attitude, proactive behavior.

-Basic accounting skills and good analytical skills.

-MS Excel, SAP working experience.
