• Understand the stated and unstated needs of the customer to develop the product o Manage backlog of Invoicing automation applications
  o Effectively translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications for development teams, and communicate technical constraints and opportunities back to business stakeholders.
  o Lead the design and implementation of cross-platform application features and workflows, ensuring seamless integration and optimal user experience.
  o E2E management of the product backlog for Invoicing and cash applications, encompassing definition, prioritization, planning, and diligent oversight of implementation to ensure delivery meets specifications and quality.
  o Leverage strong knowledge of SAP modules related to invoicing and finance to inform product decisions and guide technical solutions.
  o Define SIT test strategy and drive the E2E SIT phase
  o Support UAT and Go-Live/PGLS activity

  o Define a roadmap of the next features to implement in these apps inline with the business needs.
  o Line item based billing, User interface, Invoice Dispatch automation
  o Credit note debit note handling, Care invoicing, collective billing and milestone billing already in place.
  o Reporting dashboards design and implementation depending on the business needs.
  o Error management, workflow design and integration.

Deliverables:
The Supplier is expected to contribute to and produce the following project-specific deliverables:
Project-specific product backlogs, clearly defined and prioritized for automation and digitalization initiatives.
Detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications for I2C enhancements.
API specifications and design documentation for new integrations and automated processes.
Sprint and release plans for project deliverables.
Regular project progress reports and status updates to stakeholders.
Facilitated workshops and meetings (e.g., backlog refinement, sprint planning, project reviews).
Contributions to solution architecture discussions and technical design documents for project enhancements.

Experience and technical landscape:
10 years experience in business analysis, product ownership, architecture
Knowledge about SAP order to cash process and specifically invoicing
Existing tech stach includes tools like service now, webmethods integration platform, SAP ERP, SAP BTP (workzone, BPA, CPI...) knowledge of these platform is a strong plus.
