Lead end-to-end Service Now architecture, design, development, and implementation across ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, ITBM, CSM, and CMDB modules.

Drive complex Service Now implementations including integrations, upgrades, migrations, and enterprise-scale rollouts.

Design and develop advanced Service Now solutions using Business Rules, Script Includes, Workflows, Flow Designer, UI Builder, and Service Portal.

Implement HRSD and HR Lifecycle Events including HR Agent Workspace, COEs, Knowledge Bases, and automated task orchestration.

Architect and manage integrations using REST APIs, Integration Hub spokes, LDAP/LDAPS, SCCM, Azure AD, Docu Sign, and third-party systems.

Lead ITOM Discovery initiatives, CMDB design, CI identification rules, reconciliation policies, and data quality improvements.

Customize workspaces and Next Experience frameworks including Agent Workspace and Service Operations Workspace.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

Provide technical leadership, mentor development teams, and ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile, and Service Now best practices.

Support continuous improvement through performance optimization, security controls, upgrades, and platform governance.
