Posição: Quality Manager (Espanhol Nativo ou Fluente)
💼 Experiência: 4 a 6 anos em processos BPO (preferencialmente com pesquisa desktop)
Responsabilidades principais:
✔ Garantir a governança de qualidade ponta a ponta para processos non-voice
✔ Monitorar métricas de qualidade, realizar análises de causa raiz e planos de ação
✔ Ser ponto focal de qualidade para stakeholders do cliente
✔ Preparar relatórios, dashboards e apresentações para revisões internas e externas
✔ Liderar, treinar e desenvolver analistas de qualidade
✔ Conduzir auditorias, calibrações e verificações de conformidade
✔ Implementar iniciativas de melhoria contínua
O que buscamos:
✅ Espanhol nativo ou fluente
✅ Experiência comprovada em gestão de qualidade em operações BPO non-voice
✅ Forte conhecimento em processos baseados em pesquisa desktop
✅ Habilidade para liderar equipes e gerenciar interações com clientes
✅ Excelentes habilidades analíticas e comunicação escrita
✅ Organização, atenção aos detalhes e proatividade
✅ Conhecimento avançado em Microsoft Office e ferramentas de pesquisa online
