Provide solutions and bridge the gap between technology and business expertise to deliver comprehensive client solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Bridging Technology and Business

• Drive end-to-end processes for new business implementation projects, from business requirement management through integration, configuration, and production deployment
• Assess feasibility of change requirements and provide optimal solutions with clear timelines
• Provide techno-functional support for new business implementations, building systems from the ground up
• Support solutioning teams across architectural design, coding, testing, and implementation phases
• Understand both functional and technical design requirements for ERP system implementations
• Customize, extend, modify, localize, or integrate existing products through coding, testing, and production deployment
• Implement business processes and ERP technology solutions
• Write code according to developmental standards
• Provide ongoing product support and maintenance, resolving client queries and technical issues
• Create and deploy automation tools to optimize processes and increase efficiency
• Serve as liaison between technical and functional project requirements
• Provide on-site and off-site support to project managers

Skill Development

• Complete Wipro exams and internal certifications to upgrade skills
• Attend trainings and seminars to develop functional and technical expertise
• Write and publish papers, articles, and case studies

Performance Metrics

• Customer project contribution (quality, SLA, ETA, ticket resolution, zero escalations, CSAT)
• Process automation and optimization (reduction in steps and tickets)
• Skill upgradation (trainings, certifications, publications completed)
