Senior Consultant – Business Process Implementation

Role Purpose

The Senior Consultant is responsible for implementing business process roadmaps, conducting data analysis, identifying gaps, defining business requirements, applying best practices, facilitating meetings, and contributing to project planning. This role involves solution building for clients and the practice, with greater scale and complexity responsibility than a Consultant position. The role holder is more proactive in client interactions and can manage higher-impact engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main client contact, leading engagement with 10-20% support from Consulting and Client Partners
• Develop, assess, and validate client business strategy, including industry positioning and strategic direction
• Design solutions and services aligned with client business strategy
• Estimate scope and liability for solution delivery
• Identify revenue opportunities in existing and new areas
• Lead client engagements and oversee team contributions to meet or exceed customer expectations
• Drive proposal creation and presales activities for new engagements and accounts
• Contribute to development of practice policies, procedures, and frameworks
• Mentor less experienced team members in solution delivery
• Lead development of go-to-market, off-the-shelf, and point solutions with reusable methodologies
• Create reusable intellectual property from managed projects

Requirements

• Experience: 5-8 years
• Mandatory Skills: Business Support System (BSS)
