Location: Hyderabad, Telangana

Job Overview

The purpose of this role is to assist with global mobility and immigration-related compliance monitoring and ensure that country-specific rules and regulations are being followed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct periodic audits and checks to ensure immigration and travel compliance standards are being adhered to
• Monitor and ensure preventive controls in the Global Mobility system are functioning as expected and report any identified gaps
• Assist in monitoring laws and regulations that may impact company business processes
• Maintain proper documentation of compliance activities for tracking purposes
• Conduct and participate in role and work location adherence checks to ensure compliance standards are met
• Conduct risk assessments to identify and address areas of non-compliance risk
• Prepare and present regular updates and reports to support monthly dashboards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 1-2 years of work experience in an immigration role (preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong time management and analytical skills
• Attention to detail
• Proficiency in Excel
