Responsibilities

  • Ensure each change is recorded and approved before implementation
  • Categorize changes and approve according to defined process (Standard, Normal, Expedited, Emergency)
  • Convene and chair Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and circulate meeting minutes
  • Prevent unauthorized changes that may impact production systems
  • Conduct periodic audits per Wipro and customer processes, closing audit gaps within agreed timelines
  • Report change KPIs to management and maintain effective change communication
  • Ensure change implementation follows the implementation plan with no manual errors through 4-eye review process
  • Assign risk ratings to each change and follow Wipro and customer processes for high-risk/high-impact changes
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews and validate change status against defined success criteria
  • Drive service improvements to enhance overall process maturity

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of ITSM experience with focus on Incident Management
  • 8-10 years of ITSM experience in Change and related processes
  • ITIL V3/2011 Foundation or Intermediate certification
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple technical teams, engage with customers, and coordinate with vendors
  • Effective communication skills
