Reporting to the VP, People Operations, this Boston-based role is ideal for someone who thrives in an environment that blends repeatable processes with ever-evolving challenges. You will lead critical annual initiatives like Open Enrollment, while also taking point on complex, cross-functional projects that advance the maturity and impact of our People infrastructure.
