Full-Cycle Equipment Management: Responsible for the refurbishment, installation, and commissioning of vacuum sputtering automated equipment and key components, as well as equipment conversion tasks for product changeovers.

Preventive Maintenance & Optimization: Lead the execution of annual, quarterly, and monthly major equipment inspections and commissioning plans. Participate in design optimization and improvement projects for key components to enhance equipment reliability.

Intelligent Analysis & Troubleshooting: Utilize internal AI tools to analyze equipment operational data and historical records, enabling accurate diagnosis and efficient resolution of production equipment failures.

Standardized Operations & Site Management: Strictly adhere to the company's Integrated Management System (IMS encompassing Quality and EHS standards) ,Standardize the management of spare parts and the on-site working environment .

Education: College diploma or above in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, or related fields. Candidates with a technical secondary school diploma may also be considered if they possess outstanding relevant work experience, skills, and demonstrate excellent interview performance.

Professional Skills: Solid understanding of mechanical and electrical control fundamentals. Proficient in operating various common maintenance and testing tools, including jigs, fixtures, and instrumentation.

Experience: Possess at least one type of the following experience: automated equipment installation, automated equipment maintenance, or spare parts repair and precision adjustment.
