ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Day-to-day operations by leading a team of store hand and support supervisor assignment
• Carry out daily cycle count, ensure the proper process of receipt and Issuance of materials in comparison with documents
• To ensure and be responsible for the accuracy of inventory receipt, documentation updates (RCR) and the parts issuance to production or other locations.
• To be responsible for the accuracy of all incoming and outgoing materials.
• Verification of incoming materials (direct or indirect) based on physical part against forwarders DO, invoice, packing list, entry documents, and any documents related to customs formality
• Verification of parts against DN#, DO#, mMTS before moving to production locations
• Verification of RTV packing list/ Oracle Transportation Management (OTM#) against the physical
• Arranging the IC parts to vendors by coordinated with Service Providers and buyers
• Follow safety rules, wear PPE and safety shoes
• Comply with waste segregation and IMS/environmental policies

REQUIRED:

• At least High School Diploma (M.6) or Vocational Certificate
• 0–6 months of experience in warehouse/store operations or related functions (fresh graduates are welcome)
• Able to work in shifts (4 off 2)

Skills

• Forklift driving ability and basic computer skills, such as Microsoft Office (certification is not required)
• Materials handling, mathematics, and calculation skills
• Fair for English skills
