ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate and provide operational support for Manufacturing (MFG) applications and systems
• Manage IT SLA & MFG Incident Management
• Manage MFG application deployment​
• Manage MES control/master data configuration​
• Coordinate and manage business requirements into IT Solution in the area of Manufacturing.

REQUIRED:

• Diploma or higher in Information Technology or a related field
• 0–2 years of experience in IT-related functions and system support

SKILLS:

• Good command of English communication skills is an advantage
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong multitasking and time management skills
• Flexible, adaptable, and willing to learn new technologies
• Service-minded with a strong customer-oriented attitude
• Innovative and continuous improvement mindset
