About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Digital Product Manager.
Delivery Coordinator to support execution and delivery of initiatives across multiple products and platforms within Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB). This role focuses on delivery orchestration, execution discipline, dependency management, and transparent reporting across business, technology, and control partners.
The Delivery Coordinator is an individual contributor responsible for ensuring initiatives progress on plan by coordinating workstreams, tracking milestones, managing risks and dependencies, and enabling effective communication across stakeholders. This role plays a critical role in making delivery predictable, visible, and controlled.
In this role, you will:
Lead the development and execution of complex digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have impact across the enterprise with broad impact
Act as key participant in large-scale planning
Review and analyze complex digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area
Influence digital strategy for the business line requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors
Make decisions in digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area requiring strong understanding of the business, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements
Lead a broad team of digital professionals to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Potentially lead projects, teams or serve as a peer mentor
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Experience in delivery coordination, project execution, or program support roles
Experience supporting delivery across technology and business teams in large, complex organizations
Strong execution, tracking, and organizational skills with high attention to detail
Hands‑on experience with JIRA, Service Now, and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Ability to manage multiple parallel initiatives in a fast‑paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive‑level status reporting
Experience working in global teams and coordinating across time zones
Coordinate end‑to‑end delivery activities across multiple initiatives, workstreams, or products within CIB
Track delivery plans, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and execution risks
Identify delivery bottlenecks, capacity constraints, and potential scope creep; proactively escalate with clear impact assessment
Ensure deliverables move smoothly across analysis, build, testing, and release phases
Support release planning and execution coordination across business and technology teams

Experience preparing delivery dashboards, metrics, and management reporting
Exposure to risk, compliance, or control‑driven delivery environments
Self‑starter mindset with strong follow‑through and ownership of execution outcomes
