Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Brokerage Relationship Manager aligned to the First Clearing line of business. This role focuses on supporting our correspondent firms by managing brokerage relationships and serving as the central point of contact for data‑related requests, operational data inquiries, and data service escalations.
The ideal candidate brings experience with brokerage data, understands operations terminology, and can translate firm needs into clear, actionable workstreams across internal partners.
In this role, you will:

Manage brokerage relationships and participate in moderately complex initiatives regarding servicing, support and growth

Identify opportunities for process improvements
-
Maintain and analyze moderately complex business, operational, or technical assignments that involve research, evaluation, and service
-
Build and maintain relationships and meet regularly with leaders to communicate trends and workable solutions
-
Provide recommendations to moderately complex issues and determine operational needs and manage relationships
-
Communicate trends and recommend solutions
-
Manage, support and resolve issues to ensure retention, growth and satisfaction
-
Provide analysis and negotiation of moderately complex contracts or issues
-
Manage projects, troubleshoots issues and follow up on operational, technical or transition issues
-
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of business relationship management, operations, or financial services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
Desired Qualifications
-
Experience working with brokerage operations, correspondent clearing, or financial services data.
-
Familiarity using BETA screens.
-
Strong understanding of operations terminology, back‑office processing, books & records, trade lifecycle, and reporting.

Experience retrieving, validating, and delivering structured datasets.

Familiarity with First Clearing or similar correspondent models
-
Ability to interpret complex issues and communicate them clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to spot trends and propose workable solutions.

Excellent communication and relationship‑management abilities.
-
Experience collaborating across matrixed teams in a fast‑paced environment.
