Seu novo cargo:

Apoiará as equipes de marketing, vendas e finanças da divisão Theatrical, com foco principal na emissão de ordens de compra (POs), cadastro de fornecedores e acompanhamento junto a fornecedores e equipes internas.

Principais responsabilidades:

• Emitir ordens de compra (Shopping Cart);
• Monitorar o processo de aprovação de ordens de compra com acompanhamento regular junto às equipes internas e fornecedores;
• Criar solicitações de cadastro de fornecedores;
• Criar solicitações de alteração de cadastro de fornecedores;
• Contatar fornecedores quando necessário;
• Auxiliar os funcionários da área de Theatrical com quaisquer solicitações relacionadas a Shopping Cart/Ordens de Compra/cadastro de fornecedores;
• Auxiliar a equipe de Contas a Pagar (Polônia);
• Auxiliar na resolução de problemas com ordens de compra;
• Atualizar o sistema de controle do carrinho de compras;
• Acompanhar e monitorar todo o fluxo de pagamento das ordens de compra emitidas, adicionando os documentos em PDF ao Monday (ou sistema em uso) e executando o recebimento das mercadorias;
• Outras atividades relacionadas ao departamento de Marketing, conforme solicitado.

Qualificações e experiências:

• Ser formado no ensino médio ou estudante de graduação do período NOTURNO;
• Aptidão para lidar com detalhes;
• Boa organização
• Rápido aprendizado;
• Proatividade;
• Boa comunicação.
