Your new role...

Sie starten im Bereich LIVE Playout Operations (Sendeabwicklung) und haben die Möglichkeit, sich perspektivisch in den Bereichen Media Management und Audiomischung weiterzuentwickeln. In dieser Position überwachen Sie die Broadcast Operations bei großen Projekten, unterstützen unsere Technology‑ & Operations‑Teams sowie unsere Kunden bei der Planung und Vorbereitung von Produktionstechnik und übernehmen schrittweise die Stellvertretung der Teamleitung. Darüber hinaus bringen Sie sich aktiv in Arbeitsgruppen und Projekte ein.

Your Accountabilities...

• Betrieb, Überwachung und Wartung von Broadcast‑Systemen

• Ausbildung zum vielseitig einsetzbaren Operator für LIVE‑Playout, Audiomischung, Media Management und Broadcast‑Server

• Vorbereitung, Konfiguration und Einrichtung netzwerkgesteuerter Produktionssysteme

• Einsatz in unterschiedlichen Rollen, z. B. als LIVE Playout‑, Media‑Management‑, Audiomix‑ oder Broadcast‑Server‑Operator

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit technischen Teams sowie internen und externen Kunden

Qualifications & Experience…

• Abgeschlossenes Studium (BSc/BA) im Bereich Bild‑/Tontechnik, Medientechnik oder eine vergleichbare berufliche Qualifikation im (LIVE‑)TV‑ und Digital‑Media‑Umfeld

• Praktische Erfahrung im Playout‑Betrieb sowie in mindestens einem weiteren Bereich, z. B. Media Management oder Audiomischung für LIVE‑Studio‑Produktionen (idealerweise im Sportumfeld)

• Sehr gutes Verständnis technischer Abläufe in LIVE‑Studio‑Produktionsumgebungen

• Kenntnisse in der Video‑ und Audioübertragung sowie in IP‑basierten Formaten

• Sicherer Umgang mit gängiger Office‑ und Produktivitätssoftware

• Hohe Belastbarkeit sowie die Fähigkeit, auch unter Zeitdruck zuverlässig und strukturiert zu arbeiten

• Sehr gute Deutsch‑ und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
