Your New Role

The Mobility Procurement Analyst is a member of the Telecom and Mobility team and has the following primary areas of responsibility for Domestic US: Mobility Procurement, Fulfill Requestor Inquiries

This role offers the opportunity to grow your technical skills, support a global brand, and collaborate across IT, procurement, and entertainment teams.

Your Role Accountabilities:

Procurement

  • Manage the end-to-end mobile device procurement program, including i Phones, tablets, and Mi Fi units, supporting WBD’s global workforce.
  • Complete requisitions/purchase orders, monitoring all open purchase orders and providing order-tracking details as requested for technology related purchases as needed.
  • Work with Tech Finance and BU to ensure purchase orders are coded to correct cost centers and accounts
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all mobility-related products, services, and carrier relationships.
  • Oversee product catalog management—regularly update equipment models, pricing, and availability to align with business needs and carrier offerings.
  • Coordinate quoting, purchase order processing, and order fulfillment while ensuring cost efficiency and compliance with procurement policies.
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors and carriers, negotiating pricing and service levels as needed

Fulfill Requestor Inquiries

  • Act as a trusted point of contact for employees seeking support with mobile device orders, plan options, pricing inquiries, and order tracking.
  • Collaborate closely with Asset Management to ensure timely receipt and inventory tracking, and with Client Support for seamless device setup and configuration.
  • Take ownership of high-level user issues; proactively diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges involving mobile hardware, carrier services, and enterprise configurations.
  • Deliver fast, effective solutions, including device replacements and escalations, while providing a high-touch user experience that builds confidence and trust.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years of procurement experience; mobile device support management and supplier management experience
  • Strong business analytics experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Great organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work with limited direction
  • CITAM or other ITAM certifications (Preferred)

Shift Timings: - 9.30 AM to 5.30 PM IST
