Ze względu na dynamiczny rozwój zespołu Data & AI Engineering poszukujemy osoby na stanowisko AI Innovation Specialist.

Zakres Obowiązków...

• Projektowanie i wdrażanie rozwiązań GenAI w obszarach biznesowych,
• Wsparcie zespołów nietechnicznych przy budowie modeli predykcyjnych oraz generatywnych,
• Rozwój i automatyzacja procesów MLOps (pipeline’y, CI/CD, monitoring modeli),
• Współpraca z zespołami biznesowymi i IT przy identyfikacji zastosowań AI,
• Udział w proof-of-concept i pilotażach,
• Dbanie o zgodność rozwiązań z regulacjami (AI Act, RODO) i najlepszymi praktykami etycznymi.

Nasze Oczekiwania...

• Doświadczenie w budowaniu systemów agentowych
• Znajomość narzędzi Microsoft Copilot
• Doświadczenie w budowaniu rozwiązań korzystających z LLM
• Znajomość narzędzi MLOps (MLflow, Sage Maker, Airflow)
• Znajomość Python i narzędzi do analizy danych (pandas, Num Py, SQL)
• Doświadczenie z frameworkami ML/DL (Scikit-Learn, Tensor Flow, Py Torch)
• Praktyka w pracy z danymi dużej skali
• Doświadczenie z chmurą (AWS), konteneryzacją (Docker)
• Komunikatywność – umiejętność tłumaczenia złożonych zagadnień osobom nietechnicznym

Your New Role…

Due to the dynamic growth of the Data & AI Engineering team, we are looking for an AI Innovation Specialist.

Your Role Accountabilities…

• Designing and implementing GenAI solutions in business areas
• Supporting non-technical teams in building predictive and generative models
• Developing and automating MLOps processes (pipelines, CI/CD, model monitoring)
• Collaborating with business and IT teams to identify AI applications
• Participating in proof-of-concept and pilot projects
• Ensuring solutions comply with regulations (AI Act, GDPR) and best ethical practices

Qualifications & Experience…

• Experience in building agent-based systems
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot tools
• Experience in developing solutions using LLMs (Large Language Models)
• Knowledge of MLOps tools (MLflow, Sage Maker, Airflow)
• Proficiency in Python and data analysis tools (pandas, Num Py, SQL)
• Experience with ML/DL frameworks (Scikit-Learn, Tensor Flow, Py Torch)
• Practice working with large-scale data
• Experience with cloud (AWS), containerization (Docker)
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Communication skills – ability to explain complex topics to non-technical audiences
• English proficiency for working with documentation and international projects

• This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager.
