Summary:

Reporting to the Manager of Digital Pricing & Yield, the Revenue and Yield Analyst is responsible for order management approval, deal lifecycle tracking, and campaign stewardship. In this cross functional role, the Analyst will work closely with Ad Sales, Ad Operations and various internal stakeholders to review and approve digital deal changes and optimizations, with a focus on delivery and recognition of digital advertising revenue through campaign and inventory management tactics. This position will provide campaign and revenue delivery updates to the internal yield management team and business unit leads across the WBD Digital Portfolio, with an eye on maximizing revenue and inventory yield. The ideal candidate will have a background working with digital media sales/operations, digital inventory/order management systems, and has a strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

Review all campaigns prior to ad traffic to align inventory and revenue against current yield directives, ensuring accurate and compliant booking structure within order management system.

Provide inventory re-expressions and delivery optimizations to Ad Sales team through weekly pacing meetings and published reporting.

Interface with multiple sales teams and regional offices, digital ad sales marketing, ad operations, and other relevant internal departments to ensure client program delivery and optimal inventory usage.

Provide recurring updates to Planning/Operations, Sales, and Finance/Accounting leadership team on status of Ad Sales campaign pacing and delivery and overall impact to revenue goals.

Works across the Digital Yield/Planning team to help define best practices in media planning and order management systems.

Requirements:

1+ years experience in digital advertising with a strong background in Inventory/Yield Management, Ad Operations or Ad Tech

Knowledge of digital advertising technologies (Freewheel, DFP, Operative, Salesforce)

Strong analytical, communication and time management skills

Ability to understand and interpret trends and react with strategic/tactical changes

Strong analytical mindset, with a knowledge of MS office, specifically Excel

Able to make actionable and informed decisions, effective communicator

Ability to work under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment

Ability to lead and work with a diverse team

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $50,960.00 - $94,640.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
