Your New Role

Warner Bros. Discovery is a premier global media and entertainment company, home to iconic brands like Warner Bros. Pictures, HBO, DC, and more. As a Marketing Coordinator based in our Singapore regional hub, you will support the regional marketing team in planning, executing, and coordinating marketing campaigns for Warner Bros. feature film releases in APAC. This role is essential in driving audience awareness, excitement, and box office success for our diverse slate of films.

As team coordinator, you will support the APAC Theatrical Regional Team in planning and executing WB's theatrical strategies. Key duties include assisting with regional marketing tasks, coordinating with local market teams, liaising with the Home Office and other stakeholders, and handling support functions such as paid media, publicity, asset servicing, merchandise, PO-related work, and additional coordination needs. You will also prepare and consolidate responses for each film as required.

Your Role Accountabilities

  • Support analysis and reporting for Social Listening and Monitoring

  • Submissions of localized social assets and copy from markets where needed to Home Office (HO) for approval

  • Co-ordinate between media agency and territories for trailer launches.

  • Coordinate special projects as needed within digital partnerships.

  • Support the management and deadlines of marketing assets to meet the needs of the markets.

  • Consolidate APAC campaign decks, wrap decks, tracking of wish lists and reports as needed.

  • Forwarding communications from HO and gathering reactions or poll results as needed for marketing purposes.

  • Support in any publicity tour logistics and organization where needed.

  • Supporting in LOB needs such as ticket requirements for their VIP customers.

  • Handling of PO, invoices and other administrative stuff.

  • Recording meeting minutes and providing updates to relevant markets as needed.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Film Studies, or a related field.

  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, publicity, or coordination roles, preferably in entertainment, film, media, or consumer goods.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, as the role involves drafting media materials and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. Knowledge of additional languages may be beneficial for supporting regional communication needs.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint); experience with SAP or similar systems is desirable.

  • Passion for films and the entertainment industry, with knowledge of current market trends in APAC.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being a self-starter.

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-changing release schedule.

  • Legal authorization to work in Singapore.
