Your New Role

ハリー・ポッター ショップにて、商品を販売・管理していただきます。ハリー・ポッター の世界観を大切にするショップの中で、空間や商品を通じてお客様へ特別なお買い物体験を提供、サポートしてください。

Your Role Accountabilities:

• レジ業務全般：正確な会計業務を行いながら、“魔法のひと言”を添え、お客様に期待を超える特別な「体験」をお届け頂きます。

• 在庫管理：店頭の品出し業務を担当し、まるで映画のセットを創り上げるかのような高いクオリティで、世界観演出をサポート頂きます

• フロアサービス：サービスやサポートを通じてすべてのお客様に快適なお買い物体験を提供頂きます

1日の勤務時間の大半において、最前線に立ち、お客様へ直接サービスを提供していただきます。
アソシエイト(社員)のサポートを受けながら、営業中は主にレジ業務を担当頂きます。

Qualifications & Experiences:

• ハリー・ポッターの物語や映画制作への理解と関心を持ち、IPビジネスに強い興味をお持ちの方

• お客様の満足につながるサポートを提供したいと思う方

• 接客業経験（小売業・飲食業・レジャー・アトラクション・ホテル歓迎）のある方

• チームで協力し、困難な状況においても問題解決、目標達成経験のある方

• 組織の変化や日々進化するオペレーションに前向きに取り組み、柔軟に対応できる方

• 英語をはじめとした、多言語でのコミュニケーション能力のある方

• スマートフォンを用いて、業務上の情報を円滑にキャッチアップできる方（Microsoft Teams、Outlook等を使用）

労働条件

以下の時間で勤務ができる方

• 11:00-16:00

• 15:30-20:30

• 15:30-20:30（必須）

• 17:00-22:00（必須）

※今回は必須の時間帯に勤務ができる方を募集しています。

土日祝、繁忙期（年末年始、ゴールデンウィーク、お盆）の勤務ができる方

給与

時給1,400円
着替え手当400円（1シフトにつき）

雇用条件

• 月40~64時間労働（週2~3日出勤）の契約

• 社会保険適用なし

• 6か月ごとの契約更新（更新の可能性あり）

シフトについて

• 1ヵ月ごとのシフトを作成（約２か月前に勤務希望日の提出をお願いいたします）

• 兼業される方は、弊社との契約時間を担保していただくことを前提に、勤務時間数の調整をご自身でお願いいたします。

• 休憩時間を除き一日中、立ち仕事、軽作業、屋外での作業となります。

• 土日祝、繁忙期（年末年始、ゴールデンウィーク、お盆）の勤務をお願いいたします。

• 社内公募制度のタイミングで、アソシエイト職(社員)へのチャレンジが可能です。
