Your New Role…

Responsible for directing and managing development and programming of reality series for broadcast, cable television and streaming.

Your Role Accountabilities…

• Coordinates meetings and flow of information throughout department and to outside entities such as networks, producing partners and more.
• Assists senior executives with logistics and creative during the development and production of series.
• Help identify talent for development projects and current series
• Will be involved with creative oversight of on-air series under the guidance of senior executives
• Maintains and establishes new relationships with the creative community (producers, and performers), agents and managers with the end goal of identifying outside material and talent for Warner Horizon productions.
• Acts as liaison between the WB Television Departments (Production, Publicity, Business Affairs) to streamline the flow of information.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience…

Work Experience

• Position requires a minimum of 3 years in reality programming.
• Must have previous experience coordinating all aspects of a busy creative work environment including setting pitch meetings, network meetings, courting talent, scheduling set visits and more.

Education, Professional Training, Technical Training or Certification

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Knowledge/Skills

• Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of management
• Must be able to work under strict time constraints and meet deadlines
• Must be able to prepare clear and concise reports, manuals etc. for management.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Keynote, Outlook.

Other Requirements

• Must be detailed-oriented and extremely organized
• Must be able to handle confidential information
• Must have strong oral and written communication skills.
• Must be able to problem solve within scope of responsibility
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $65,100.00 - $120,900.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
