Zakres obowiązków…

• koordynacja nagrań poszczególnych odcinków programu, w tym emisja programu na żywo
• organizacja wyjazdów zdjęciowych w kraju i zagranicą, rezerwacja noclegów, przejazdów
• stała współpraca z reporterami i wydawcami programu oraz producentami TVN24, realizatorami wizji, działem koordynacji, działem produkcji zagranicznej, recepcją, biurami podróży, magazynami sprzętu, portalem tvn24+, archiwum, redakcjami krajowymi TVN24
• koordynowanie połączeń reporterskich na żywo
• współpraca z wydawcą programu przy tworzeniu serwisu informacyjnego
• dbanie o przejrzystą komunikację podczas produkcji programów na żywo
• tworzenia bazy danych nowych gości i ekspertów zapraszanych do programów, zapraszanie oraz opieka nad gościem podczas programu
• składanie wniosków o akredytacje dla dziennikarzy
• koordynacja pracy zespołu operatorów i reporterów

Your New Role...

• coordinating the recording of individual program episodes, including live broadcasts
• organizing filming trips in Poland and abroad, booking accommodation and transportation
• ongoing cooperation with reporters and program editors, as well as TVN24 producers, vision directors, the coordination department, the foreign production department, reception, travel agencies, equipment storage teams, the tvn24+ portal, the archive, and TVN24 domestic newsrooms
• coordinating live reporter connections
• working with the program’s editor on creating the news service
• ensuring clear communication during live program production
• building a database of new guests and experts invited to the programs, inviting them, and providing on‑site support during the broadcast
• submitting accreditation requests for journalists
• coordinating the work of camera operators and reporters

Qualifications & Experience...

• basic knowledge of news‑program production processes
• knowledge of English; German is an advantage
• good work organization and commitment to assigned tasks
• accuracy and attention to detail
• strong communication skills
• ability to work under time pressure and multitask
• basic understanding of the socio‑political situation in Poland and awareness of current events
• availability for shift work

• This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
