Job Description:

Disney Branded Television is seeking a Marketing Strategy & Integrated Planning Intern to join the team to support the day-to-day operations and execution of launch and sustain campaign strategies for their kids and family TV titles. This individual will be responsible for coordinating meetings and agendas, creating and updating key marketing documents, and managing systems and resources to aid the team and advance campaign planning. The ideal candidate should be curious, flexible and be able to efficiently embrace a workload with changing deadlines and multiple priorities, while collaborating with multiple departments.

This internship is a full-time, six-month commitment in Burbank, California from June 2026 through January 2027.

What You Will Do:

Campaign Development

  • Contribute to marketing strategy development and campaign planning process.

  • Be a resource for content by reading scripts, watching cuts, understanding production schedules and sharing updates with the team leads.

  • Input, route, and update internal marketing strategy documents.

  • Conduct ongoing industry and audience analysis of competitive brands and marketing trends.

  • Create Keynote and Google Slide presentations, including 360 marketing campaign decks.

  • Maintain confidential information with all levels of Cast, including Executives.

Integrated Planning

  • Compose and maintain calendars, grids and one sheets on a regular basis.

  • Assist in ideation and execution of experiential activations.

  • Liaise with multiple teams across the company. Build and maintain sustainable relationships with internal /cross -line of business counterparts.

  • Partner with internal and external creative and marketing counterparts on asset requests, creation, and delivery.

  • Assist in drafting consumer-facing boilerplate messaging and copy.

Marketing Operations

  • Support the team with daily workflow, projects, and priorities.

  • Develop an overall knowledge and understanding of marketing priorities and deliverables to effectively track campaign milestones and deadlines.

  • Schedule meetings and presentations.

  • Assemble meeting agendas, manage meeting invites, and recap/distribute meeting notes.

  • Manage Google Drive, BOX & PIX list, access, uploads and be responsible for sharing the information with stakeholders.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous project management and collaboration experience.

  • Strong attention to detail and follow through, with limited supervision.

  • Excellent communication and writing skills.

  • Flexible and adaptable to change including the addition of new responsibilities as priorities change.

  • Social media and pop-culture savvy.

  • Expertise in Keynote, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace (samples recommended).

  • Mac proficient.

Eligibility Requirements & Program Information

Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:

  • Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.

  • Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program.

  • Be at least 18 years of age

  • Possess unrestricted work authorization

Additional Information

  • Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship

  • Fully available from June 2026 through January 2027

  • Fully available from Monday through Friday for the duration of the internship, 40 hours each week

  • Able to provide own housing for the duration of the internship program in the Burbank, CA area

  • Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work

The pay rate for this role in California is $22.50 per hour. Select benefits may be provided as part of the compensation package, such as medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
