The Manager, Content Experience & Operations will join the team to play a key role in shaping how Live and VOD content co-exists on Disney+ in Mexico and Central America.
This is your chance to lead the editorial strategy for one of the most dynamic streaming platforms, working closely with local and global teams to deliver a world-class experience.
The Manager, Content Experience & Operations will be responsible for:
- Lead the planning and execute the operation of the Sports and SVOD content strategy for Disney+ Mexico and Central America.
- Identify priority sports content and define editorial treatment: positioning, metadata (descriptions, artwork, titling).
- Define and curate how Sports content is presented on the platform, aligned with local rights, audience expectations and SVOD priorities.
- Coordinate closely with multiple teams—Programming, Production, Marketing, Design, Operations, Product—to ensure alignment and excellence in execution.
- Monitor platform presentation to ensure content looks and functions as expected.
What we need from you to be part of this story:
- +5 years of experience in Content Planning/Programming, ideally within entertainment, sports, and/or digital media environments.
- Passionate about Sports and General Entertainment (movies & series) and a strong understanding of audience behavior.
- Ability to react to data insights and content performance.
- Attention to detail and editorial sensibility.
- Proven leadership skills, with experience guiding teams, coordinating stakeholders, and driving complex content workflows.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, live environments.
- Experience with CMS tools or digital content platforms.
- Clear, concise, and influential communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Spanish.
