The Manager, Direct to Consumer Finance will join the team to play a critical role in driving financial insights and decision support for the Direct-to-Consumer business.
This role is responsible for delivering clear, timely, and actionable analysis on subscriber performance, revenue trends, pricing, and lifetime value to support executive decision-making and value creation.
The position will lead weekly executive-level subscriber and revenue reporting, develop and maintain lifetime value and pricing analytics, and provide forward-looking forecasting and valuation of tactical opportunities. In addition, will be a key driver of continuous improvement, evolving the team’s financial tools, processes, and methodologies to increase accuracy, scalability, and efficiency across the DTC finance function.
This role requires a strong blend of analytical depth, business acumen, and storytelling skills, along with the ability to partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Commerce, BI, and Strategy teams in a fast-paced, data-rich environment.
The Manager Direct to Consumer Finance will be responsible for:
- Leading subscriber and revenue analysis and reporting, including in weekly executive reporting meetings.
- Devising, maintaining and analyzing KPI reports for internal and executive consumption.
- Owning pricing analysis, forecasting and reporting.
- Developing lifetime value (LTV) analyses and reporting.
- Leading and/or owning tactical opportunities valuations, as well as other ad-hoc analyses as needed.
- Drive continuous improvement by both identifying and proposing process, models or systems improvements; as well as by helping the team to effectively implement any improvements identified.
- Being one of the pillars of the team.
What we need from you to be part of this story:
- +8 years experience in FP&A roles, at least 2 leading FP&A teams. Preferred industries: Entertainment, Technology, Consumer Products.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Digital Business Administration, or a related field. Additional studies or certifications in Finance are desirable.
- Work tools: Excel and Power BI required. Python / R, VBA, Alteryx are desirable.
- Ability to lead teams and organize tasks across teams.
- Ability to make sense of and explain complex information.
- Team player, highly responsible and dedicated.
- Strong analytical and logical skills.
- Advanced level of English. Portuguese is a plus.
