About the Role
We are seeking for a Partnerships Intern for to support our Partnerships team, where you will be given an opportunity to be exposed to the media and over-the-top (OTT) industry and learn the ropes of how to work within a dynamic, independent media organisation focused on achieving impact in Singapore and Malaysia.
This role will support the development and execution of business strategies, initiatives and integration efforts. From project management to communication, you will coordinate activities, gain input from key partners, stakeholders, track milestones and deliverables and help to prepare the organization for implementation.
You will be the central point of contact for your assigned projects, playing a key role in driving the project lifecycle from initiation to closure. You will be responsible for ensuring the seamless integration and alignment of efforts across multiple departments including Tech, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Lifecycle. Your keen attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to manage complex projects will be crucial in developing and identifying amplification opportunities to maximize project outcomes.
This role will report directly to Partnerships Manager and support scopes for Singapore and Malaysia markets.
Responsibilities:
- Identifies, plans, and coordinates a set of assigned projects, to manage their interdependencies in support of specific business strategies.
- Collaborate with a broad audience of key stakeholders and external partners, across Tech, Product, Data Analytics, Lifecycle, Legal and many other line of business.
- Facilitate dialogue with key partners to resolve issues when a complex understanding of operational processes, requirements is required.
- In-partnership with key stakeholders and partners, develop, document, and integrate new and revised processes, standards and business rules.
- Manage project timelines and proactively identify constrained resources, conflicting priorities, and scheduling issues.
- Support change management efforts for seamless integration at the partner level.
- Support integration efforts for various Lines of Businesses initiatives including new technologies and/or systems, solutions, and products
Internship Requirements:
- Currently an undergraduate pursuing a bachelor's degree
- Still an undergraduate and not yet graduated during the internship period
- Must be available for full-time internship commitment(Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm) between July to December 2026

Requirements:
- Currently an undergraduate pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Knowledge or interest in technical engineering is a plus
- An active listener with a curious mind and keen interest in contributing, learning and actively participating and support brainstorming sessions, business reviews and project reviews
- Excellent organizational, communication (written and verbal) and time management skills with attention to detail
- Good attitude with respectful competitiveness, teachable and adaptable as well as one who gives off a positive energy
- Requires excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Demonstrates professionalism and ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
- Self-starter that needs minimal supervision in motivating himself/herself, always looking for opportunities to contribute to our campaigns and overall projects.
- Ability to prioritize workload to meet competing deadlines and manage stakeholder expectations
- Creative mindset with the ability to leverage on data to develop strategy/decisions
- Proficient in MS Office, Adobe Photoshop and Keynote
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
