What you'll do...
Drive Walmart's growth by leading the expansion of our small format assets. As Senior Manager, Portfolio Management, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our real estate footprint, negotiating high-impact deals, and delivering projects that fuel our business strategy. This is your opportunity to make a visible impact at scale.

• Identify and evaluate new real estate sites for small format expansion

• Lead site visits, negotiate lease terms, and secure agreements

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution

• Manage multiple projects and timelines with urgency

• Present site recommendations and deal summaries to leadership

• What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in business, Real Estate, or related field (preferred)

• 2+ years' experience in real estate, site selection, or lease negotiation

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Experience in retail/commercial real estate expansion

• Ability to travel up to 35% as needed

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate or related field and 3 years' experience in real estate, retail development, tenant representation, or related area
OR 5 years' experience in real estate, retail development, tenant representation, or related area.
